Chloe Langdon

Chloe qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and specialises in all arears of family law. This includes divorce and dissolution, with extensive experience negotiating matrimonial financial settlements for mid to high net worth individuals, both in and out of Court. She also advises on financial applications for the benefit of children and wealth protection options such as pre and post nuptial agreements.

Chloe enjoys helping parents to resolve disputes surrounding children, such as relocating nationally or internationally, or where the children should live or attend school and how much time they should spend with each parent.

Chloe represents clients from diverse walks of life and professions and adopts a constructive approach to her cases with a focus on limiting costs and reaching an early settlement. However, Chloe will not hesitate to take a robust approach if a particular case requires it. She is known for her friendly but direct approach to her clients. Chloe is a member of Resolution, who are a community of lawyers who all aim to work in a collaborative and non-confrontational way.

Chloe joined Pearson Hards from a ranked law firm in London however, was keen to return to Surrey where she started her career and worked for over a decade before her previous role in London.

Chloe enjoys keeping fit and taking her dog Dave for long walks in the local parks and most of all, enjoys spending time with her family.
