Head of Department

Gemma qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and joined Pearson Hards from a West End firm where she was Head of Department.  Her practice focusses on estate administration (domestic and international), Wills, trust administration and court of protection work.

Her wealth of technical knowledge and practical approach ensure that her clients are given the best possible advice and service tailored to their unique needs.  Gemma’s particular expertise is in the administration of both simple and complex estates, including post-death inheritance tax mitigation.

She is an associate member of STEP and a full member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and is trained to provide advice to older or vulnerable clients in a way that puts them at ease when considering their sometimes complex and life changing issues.  She also advises on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Deputyship applications, ensuring her clients have well-rounded support in all aspects of their estate planning.

Outside of work she can be found hiking or attending the Theatre.
