Tanuja Sellahewa

Tanuja is an experienced commercial property solicitor, having worked in the sector for over 20 years.  She has recently joined the Pearson Hards’ commercial property team as a Partner from a larger regional law firm.

She deals with all aspects of commercial property law, including  dealing with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, the grant and renewal of business leases and commercial funding and secured lending matters.

She has a wide client base which includes expanding businesses, investors, lenders,  corporate occupiers and users of retail, offices and industrial premises.

She works with a practical and commercial approach and takes the time to get to know her clients and their businesses so that she can best understand their requirements and concerns from the outset of any commercial property transaction.

Outside of work, Tanuja enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys doing ballet and yoga in an attempt to try and stay active and fit.
